Hi there everyone

so atm I'm running a 1-3-1 team with Kazeshini as my zanpakuto.
Renji
Rukia Main Character Komamura
Ichigo
And I was wondering if there was a bonus damage cap, and if so what % is it? The reason being that renji's ability raises his own dmg 20%, then Main character raises assaulters dmg 15%, and then Kazeshini 8%.
Also does anyone know the math for what extra fury does to skill damage?
