Isshin, Set and Extra Turn questions

Isshin questions:1)Does his skill ALWAYS gives Extra Turn?  I know it says it have 35% chance, but every time i watch a fight all the assaulters atack twice.

Set questions:
2)If the isshin question is NO then does 110 set combo rate stack with isshin 35%?
If i have isshin and he always gives the Extra turn that means 110 Inferno set is useless and i should get 120 set, but if it doesent then i should go for lv110.

3)For those who have 110 Inferno set, does those 5% combo rate worth?

4)Since im not very sure, how does Extra Turn works? The combo rate applies to the partner himself or to another partner? I have that question because the only partner i have with combo rate is Shinigami Yoruichi but when i get an extra turn ALWAYS is my main who gets it.

Im pretty sure im not the only one with at least one of those questions, it will help a lot if someone could answer them.

yes isshin combo rate is ALWAYS succesfull. ive had him since the day he appeared in joint task and havent failed the combo even once.

and no u can stick to lvl 100 ult set on ur aSSAulters with isshin and 110 on supports unless u need those base stats

2) don't need that when using ishiin
3) Pass
4) When a character gives combo, that means it'll give an extra turn to another character (depends on speed aswell I think)

i thought it was 100% (like in skill description) but a translation error, but in CN it says 35% too...

i'm confuzzled about this mystery

1. Pretty much, 35% is good enough for a T1.
2. 110 Set makes your base attributes higher. If you click on "detail" in the partner menu 5% will be added to combo rate.
3. Dunno, still want that set but not gonna pay 7-10k gold.
4. Isshin's combo rate applies to every assaulter including himself. CSB Byakuya gives it to another assaulter, if he stays alive.
Just remember that Isshin his void only makes assaulters vulnerable by skill damage, regular attacks won't have effect but will still give 50 fury.

So the best way to gear up the partners with a  1-3-1 (isshin included) formation is: Vanguard lv110 set, Assaulters Lv120 set and Support lv110 set.
And with the best of the lucks you can make all your partners Extra Turn?

absolutely not why will you need combo rate for van and support when there is 1 support and one van you won't get anything from that combo best to do is to go 0-3-2 with isshin-main-yama( example ) - orihime - shinso ( example ) and go assaulter lvl 120 sets and supports lvl 110 sets

So combo rate will never give an extra turn to himself. Lv120 to all is the best option to all.
