it comes from beating the hard human instance and normal shinigami instance as well as doing the hard shinigami instance

Look for instances that give shadowkill material rewards
shadowkill boxes from daily PvEs, Arena rewards and Konso.
Opening Guild chests if you're lvl 50-69

What's the name of that instance where can be dropped the materials(I'm not speaking about poison shadow stone) for shadowkill equipment and at what level can I unlock it?
