I just want to know who i should get from the tavern when i hit 70.I currently have yachiru as vanguard my main renji and lisa for assaulters
and momo for support

it depends on how u want ur formation if u want better assaulters its better for kensei muguru for a different assaulter and if u want a better vangaurd with more strength u will want shinji hirako or sajin komomura and support yoruichi shihoin and tier hallibel both have the same stats when they are first recruited but it depends on ur formation and how u want it

I would say switch your momo for yoruichi/haribel as they can stun the supporters/assaulters and have a much higher stun rate than momo. since you have yachiru i'm gonna guess you have her with quite a few dodge stones so I would say probably stick with her for now, as for kensei he has better stats than renji but his skill is basically the same as renji's but with more direct damage and lower attack buff
