Which should go faster urahara or yoruichi?

and urahara for pve (assuming its the tavern)

honestly i used them both so which should i make one fastest currently

well if you can get urahara his last mob at 95 meaning he would be the same as rukia needing only 60% fury stone for his t1 thus making it more easy for your other panther to t1 as well assuming you can get him combo with rukia which had a 10% fury this making your whole team t1 in pve

in pvp well yoruichi would have to go fast for her ability to stun and deuct fury making it less possible for people to stun your assaulter

are we talking after mods and with fury stones? if so, whole lot easier/cheaper to go uruhara first in any situation.

I already have enough fury stones to make urahara fury up to 82 fury pt so i need to modify him fully

i would say in general since if you gona make kisuke t1 you needa be prepare for a counter since most likely you would neglect your speed for other

my uruhara runs 160k, shini uruhara 158k speed (lets me t1 my whole team and shini is almost as fast as him to prevent it on the other side)( being swapped for CSB aizen today)  everyone else except VG is over 130k speed.  I don't/never have found the need neglect a character, I see it a good bit in CSB though.  Things change when everyone is running within 150-200k bp of each other now.  Just a little insight into higher bp fighting, assuming the vip10 isn't 1 shotting everyone when the round starts (super rare unless your under..what vip6?..)

(Note* this is all kind of level dependant and such as to which chars to use, but unless your pure t1 on every char, but even at lvl 125 uruhara better be dropping fury first or all of those supports are dead against any t1 you do run across anyways) /ramble off
