I was looking at the rewards for that event and saw it has 100% rebate for first place. Does that mean that you get 100% rebate of the gold you topped up during the event?
I'm thinking of getting True Shinkai Ichigo but I would like to know if the rebate for first place is actually gold, or just the value of the stuff in the boxes next to the rebate amount.

Oh yeah whats with second place getting a lvl 9 hogu box and a lvl 10 spirit stone, while first place gets just a lvl 9 hogu box?

Yes you get back what you topped ie top 100k gold and stay ay 1st, you get 100k gold again after event

What if you buy 60000 gold to get it and someone else buys 70000 gold?  He will get his 70000 back but you won't get 60000 back

Top 1: 100% Rebate
Top 2: 60% Rebate

Could u give Any Tip how can we level Up Fast cuz leveling up is a bit Prob for me

Honestly I like him, but do I like him enough to sink $1.5k of actually currency into one single character.....just because you can buy a character doesn't necessarily mean you know how to outfit and make the best use of said character.

It's not really for one single character. You get him just by topping up. You can use the 60k to get whatever you want. + an extra 60k if you keep first place. So if you're ever gonna top up that much, I think now's a good time.
