It's getting really hard to level up the guild especially when there are a lot of quitters and the amount of assests needed on higher levels are just insane and the amount donated from each player is very very low.
I think the best thing to do is increase the amount of silver by x10.
Example I'm lvl127, I can donate for 3270 assests per day
it should be 3270x10 = 32,700 assests per day instead of 3270.
Guilds are up to lvl100 I heard so think about it
Now my guild is lvl18 and I need 600k assests to level it.
we do like 10k per day, thats like 2 months of donating just for 1 lvl?
What will happen on higher lvls?
The amount of assests required is just insane and the amount of silver donated is so little.
Players are playing for almost 10~11 months now and the highest guild is on lvl21? or 22? or maybe less

If you think its better like this, you are wrong.. cuz even if you play for 10 years u wont reach lvl100 guild with this difficulty.
So I think they should make it more realistic.. 1-2 years of work is fine.. but more than 10 years is pretty insane.

i don't mind donating for 20-30 days for a lvl.. but please increase the damn stats it provide slol, 1 month for 1k bp is just ... ya xD..

well yeah i am with you i faced that problem before and was obligated to dismiss guild because of low donations we were 4 members with a lvl 20 guild and like 12 ppl left so assets got hella a lot negative and we dismissed it

Tell me about it our guild is only lvl 23 and its taking forever to get to 24 but we'll get there soon xD its been over a month or atleast 20 days i think that we've reached lvl 23

Also, I think that if a person has been in active for.a month then you should be able to dismiss them without the penalty

I agree, it would be a really good idea

But I prefer if there is no time restriction.. like if you ban him now or later.. the guild doesn't lose any assests.

If they do it like that, guilds will have new players daily and be more active and maybe less quitters xD

Well..  I do believe it is in place so that if you are an active member and donating there is a punishment for kicking out a player that has donated.  Which is good some what... but bad when they haven't been on since the server merge in November....

The punishment could be for the player itself.. not the guild

Why a group of people hold responsibility for 1 inactive?

for example if someone get banned, he can't join another guild for 3 days as a punishment.

Well... yes and no.  I think it was done so gl don't recruit ... get the points and then turn around and dump the person the next day after getting some donation.  My understanding anyways

then yes you are right about it.. but not more than 1 week.. I'm not so patient for the 1 month..
