Paid for gold and havent received it

ive paid for 400 gold about more than a week ago by now and i have not gotten it.
i got it via offgamers and have been in contact with their support but nothing has been resolved yet.
ive send a mail to gogames support and have had no response for days but apparantly gogames has said to offgamers they have credited the gold to my account.
its testing my patience and i am wondering when i will finally get the gold since I have payed for it.

what does your account show?? as status... does it show pending ... it was a hassle to setup the account (actually not really, i was lazy personally). Please check that you selected your ingame name and select proper server etc.

its been fixed now via alot of mails but at least its solved
