okay before i needed 315 for 2nd mod for my Shin Shura Ken, i was happy cause i couldve taken him to 2nd star today but now i need 358 fragments!!!! i thought they decreased the amount for all the partners, not decrease for some and increase for some.... youre trying to be fair towards some and being unfair towards us....
