Dear players,

I'll introduce myself (I'll do this on every topic I post) my name in-game is Sudora and I'm currently
the leader of the Quincy guild ''Elite Riteim'' on server US S4.

I wanted to share my experience with guilds and help people to set up one and keep it running. I may be experienced but I'm not
perfect so if I missed anything please don't hesitate to say it.


Before You Continue You Should Know

*You need to be in one of the following clans Quincy, Arrancar or Shinigami.
*You have to be at least Lvl. 26 to unlock the ''Guild'' feature.
*Joining a guild is free, so you can always apply to a guild.
*Creating a guild costs 100000 silver, 100k.
*If this all means too much for you I recommend you to join a guild not to create one.

How to keep a guild running
Requirements:

You have created your guild, now what? You need members of course! I'm going to explain you the best way to
recruit members. Before I do I must say do not steal members from other guilds! It's not against the rules but the other people
won't like you anymore.


Recruiting people

You can recruit people through the chat, I recommend the clan chat. Most of the people
are looking for a guild so you can wait if you want but offering a place is better.


Why the clan chat? All the people who are able to join your guild are in the clan chat, and if you
recruit people through world chat people will be irritated and maybe see it as spam. Let's keep everyone
happy and go to the clan chat.


Chat recruiting

I've made some recruiting lines up, but you can use your own too (I prefer your own).

*You can only use 50 characters in one post, including space.

Mail recruiting

Yes mail recruiting, I actually started with mail recruiting for my guild. How does it work?
You need to find people before you mail. I always used the Battle Power Ranking Top 30 to find the people for my
guild. That's how I recruited the best player on my server! Anyway how do you find the BPR Top 30?

I've made one mail Example for everyone who needs help, but I recommend you to use your own.

As the leader of the YourClan guild ''Guildname'' I invite you to my guild.

We only invite good and elite players so that we can fight our way up in
the guild list and let everyone know who we are.

Upgrading

Upgrading? Yes you need to upgrade a guild to make it to the higher ranks. You can upgrade guilds through
donating silver and gold, while silver is limited with how much you can spend you can spend gold how you want.
When donating your assets will increase, with assets you can upgrade event attributes and guild level.

The higher the level of the guild the more you need to level up your guild. You can also spend the silver you donated
as merits, with merits you can upgrade your attributes for guild events.

Kicking people

Kick people who are not logged in within 3 days. How can you see that?
You can go to members in your guild and see their status. Also when people don't donate ask them
if they can donate if they don't respond and don't donate for two days kick them.


Guild events

There are two guild events at the moment. Guild War and Protect Seireitei.

Guild War

This event lasts 30 minutes. You need to get kills and get safely to the other side.
If you die before reaching the other side you will have a cool down before you can enter again.

You can have a personal score too, the guilds score will be determined by the total points of all the members
of the guild. The higher your guild the more guild chests you will receive.

Protect Seireitei

You have a defending guild and all the other guilds will attack, if the attackers break two gates
the attacker will win however if the defending guild defends the gates they win.

The defending guild will get a HP boost as far as I know.


Guild chests

When your guild gets in the top 10 and wins the guild will receive
guild chests who will be placed in the guild's warehouse. Only the guild leader
can give these guild chests to his/her members.

I wouldn't suggest mail recruiting, thats almost as bad as viagra email spam XD
but nice basics guide, still would like to see something more focused on the member in the guild, what the benefits and tasks for them are and so on

I know you might not know, but i was wondering if you knew why my guild leader was booted from their position even though yesterday they had been online and playing, as far as i know the only time the guild leader should change is when the current has been offline for three days, so whats the deal?
