Partner modification & HMA & Rukia question

I was playing around with my partner modification and suddenly i spent a lot of money making gikongans. But now that i have them, I'm wondering who to modify. I'm Lv 66, so Sado is about to get the boot, should I do Renji or Rukia, or Inoue?
Also, I never get past Dangai in Hueco Mundo Attack, any tricks to make it a little easier?
And third question, Rukia's special keeps doing really unimpressive damage, no matter how many wisdom stones and such i load on her. What's up with that? :p

i'd go with renji and rukia

having more than 1 vg helps in hma, so once you get one of the ones from lvl 70 it will go better

rukia's skill doesn't do much because it's either 60% or 80% growth rate, can't remember

but yeah her skill does less than her normal attck
