SWP Toshiro - Questions & Explanation

His skill which disables you for 2 rounds, i really dont understand it at all, and it has greatly confused me!

I go against this partner various times, so i've pretty much nailed everything it has to offer:

The skill can sometimes only last 1 round, so its like being stunned by Nnoitora's Tier 4 Modify.
The skill actually does stun for 2 rounds.
The skill says it has been applied (as a icon appears on your character(s), but you are still able to attack, even your partners, and combo rates still allow you to attack.

I REALLY don't understand his skill.. Is it somehow mis-translated when it says 2 rounds? Is there a chance to 'stun' 2 round? Because it doesn't say there's a chance to go against it. And why can you attack during whilst this is on you, or is it all a bug?

ok, well thank you for the clear explanation on his skill, it makes sense now ^^

I do still believe that its somewhat buggy for when you can attack or not though, it definitely seems like it

im not sure about combo rate, all i know is the assaulters cant do anything except use skill

hmm, thats quite weird, so does combo rate still work then whilst the affect is on you? Because even without 100 fury (since i attack first always before any Toshiro i face) i sometimes get affected by CR and attack, or even attack normally

im trying to state that when he does do his skill, he doesnt place the affects that he should be doing, as i said in the actual post, where the list is what i said i have experienced

im talking about how his skill works, as there isnt much information on there, and its quite important for me to retrieve that info since many people have him in my arena
