is there any way to buy a win in csb?... same persons been in my 1-2 line since day 1 and they wont rank up or anything, cant get around them.

If they really don't rank up at all (inactive VIP with auto-register for csb? I had these too), then defeat the ones you can defeat to rank up yourself and let the guy so far behind you that he won't show up in your rows anymore. That might give you a few (more) days without a reward in csb but will get you rid of him eventually. If you don't do anything because of him and he's inactive as well, nothing will change.

Won't do anything. They're team is more developed. It's 1 of 4 people I can't beat on my csb group

I tried. It's like they come on once every few days. Clear it out to get to the next rank then leave so I keep getting stuck with them. From rank d to rank b doing a line everyday. Very frustrating.

Oh boy, then I really feel sorry for you :/. But hey, it seems you can at least clear 1 row and get a reward then. It's better than nothing I'd say, not everyone can clear their entire csb.
I remember times when I couldn't even clear 1 row, even without inactive top-players stuck in there, never getting anything...

rank d-s ya, i should be clearing the entire pyramid. thats why im mad, of the only 4 people i cant beat, this one is the one blocking me from d-b so far

it is their right to block if they want to there is no rules or restrictions to it so you just have to either move up in ranks or down
