Criteria for Shikai & Bankai

Hello guys, I have been playing for a week or so my lvl is 54 and my Reiatsu is 15. But my zanpackto Heinako  says in the box original. I have read several threads on what lvl I should be to get either Shikai or Bankai and have met the criteria for this, or is there something that I'm missing. I saw one player with a reiatsu of two and there character was in Bankia mode????  my characters I have are:

chad- vanguard
ichigo - Assaulter
Rangiku - Assaulter
Orihime  -support

You know those things you get from soul hunting, right?(I forgot what they're called) You can use them to upgrade your Zanpaktou from Original to Shikai to Bankai and finally Hogyuku-Kai. Of course you need to meet the required reiatsu lvl to lvl them up. Shikai-lvl20 I think, Bankai-lvl30 and HogyukuKai-lvl40

thanks, yea through trial and error I found it out and should of deleted this thread,
