kisuke or renji?

i got a big question for the f2p player. i just reached lvl 80 and saved silver for 2400 gold reishi, so i didnt lvl up my reiatsu and i just have kazeshini. the question is should i recruit urahara for that fury increase skill or keep renji in formation for zanpakuto effect and his 200% skill?
another problem is having 2 team for pvp and pve. in events partners gain exp so pve team lvl up faster than pvp team and epic exp scroll in this lvl have not that much exp as expected. how u f2p players fix this problem?

I use a pve team, because if you use you're pvp team, you get less xp and less silver, witch is bad for future. Its true that you're pvp partners will have less xp then you're main, and if you do lot of events you're pvp team but you can fix that with xp books. And you change you're team in future so its better to increase you're silver and reatsu. Most of you're team will be replaced at lvl 110 so why lose lots of silver and xp? btw kisuke is a partner you can use till end very good pve and later for fury skill. so take him! another tip is not sure its useful (because i cant see you're formation) is to change vanguard with renji for events

Get Ikkaku and Kisuke, also get higher reiatsu so you can get Zabimaru(very good for PVE) and if you dont have rukia, get her aswell. for PVE my team is Kisuke/Rukia-Ikkaku,Main,Kenpachi
2-3-0 basically with zabimaru zanpakuto and 9th skill

for now i got orihime, momo, rukia, renji, kumamora. and thinking about reaitsu is realy good but 2400 gold reishi for a bad luck person is A LOT of silver

thats the problem, even epic exp scrolls dont give that much exp for a 80 lvl user. think about 7 or 8 mil exp

tbh with my pve setup I get 70+mil silver per day so that kinda makes up for it since i can do some janken for scrolls anyway

that make sence. now a little senario. from lvl 70 each lvl need 6 mil exp so 6000000/500000=12 and 12*3=36 gold reishi. 36 gold reishi just for lvl up ikkaku from 70 to 71. and now think about lvl 70 till 80. it cost about 400 (more or less) gold reishi just for one partner. on higher lvls it is worse than this. beside dropping VANG of formation for events make a mess on his exp and then pvp.

Level 109. I don't use Renji anymore, but I still use Kisuke. Replaced Renji with Ikkau.
