How does it function?

I topped up over 1200 and it only gave me one reward, the 1200 one, shouldn't it give me all the rewards the 400/600 ones as-well?

I mean, how the hell are you going to top up 600 gold lol

Though I think they've actually adjusted some of the values for events lately to account for the reduced gold we receive from top-ups, that one is definitely a tad bit off. And, no, single top-up rewards are just that -- single rewards for a single top-up. Though, yeah... getting all the previous tiers of single-top up would be highly, highly encouraging as an incentive to top-up.
