What are the next best Zanpakutos to come other than Tobiume and what level can we get them? (except event Zanpakutos because I highly doubt they will be hosting any events anytime soon)
Tobiume- top up once
Gegetsuburi- sign in for 3 days
Haineko- level 50 main quest
Kazeshini- level 65 main quest
Ashishogi Jizo- level 75 main quest
Suzumebachi- Alliance battle honor shop
Hozukimaru- Alliance battle honor shop
Zangetsu- ice crystal event and cash shop
Sogyo no Kotowari- ice crystal event and cash shop
Muramasa- cash shop (as far as I know)Hyorinmaru- cash shop
Zabimaru- special achievement (not implemented yet)
Kokujo Tengen Myo'o- special achievement
Tensa Zangetsu- not available yet
Senbonzakura- not available yet
I don't remember how to get Sode no Shirayuki but I think it was cash shop by adolf
