Well he might be good in low lvls, but in top tier battles remember that Hit rate hasnt got any MAX % + he is not too fast + his Wis sucks. So any guy with a faster support who atack him will make him explode.

ryuken is super strong until the VERY VERY Endgame where people have so good stones that there are slots for hit stones (unless the guy purchases a lot of universal socket stones and open)

like i said, he can be a scary as hell partner until later stages when people have enough high lvl stones to have spare slots for hit stones aswell unless they purchase universal socket stones to open extra stone slots.

but how many people are going to have over 300% hit rate?

Combine a fully modded him with all level 12 dodge stones and him at T1 + add in Nel......

i haven't seen very many people at 300%+ hit rate... i am not even there yet

210% dodge [ from everything on him ] + 15% dogde rate[ with nel ]  [ but skills don't stack ]


and then configure in the -65% hit rate from Nel.........

325% [hit rate on enemy ] - 65% hit rate = 260% hit rate - 210% dodge rate[ from everything on that new character ] = 50% hit rate..... oh yeah, lets not forget his evolves are also based around dodge and can also exceed cap limit......
