HELP! I need to level faster...

So currently I'm on level 44 and ever since level 40, I've been slow at leveling up. I can't get past Kaien in the Trial Tower, I can't challenge anyone in the Arena anymore without losing because even though they're the same level as me and have the same ranking, their partners' HPs are all like 5K to 10K higher than mine. I can't find out how to get prestige, vitality, coupons, EXP or anything else except for silver fast enough to level up in less than 8 hours. All my partners are all close to the level of the hollows that you fight on the World Map so eventually I'll get to a point where I can't do anymore challenges because I'm not strong enough to defeat a HOLLOW. I see people who are only 10, 5, or even 2 levels higher than me but have partners like Orihime and Rangiku and Chad and have Battle Power 5 times the size of mine...
***Basically what I'm trying to say is...I need to level up a lot faster than I am now and in a way where I won't have to pay real money to do it.***


If you need to know:
My partners are Ichigo(my strongest), Yumichika, and Ganju who are In Battle and the rest of my partners are Izuru, Omaeda, and Nemu. My Battle Power is 26189, my Main Character's Battle Power is 9072, I've only won like once, maybe twice at Janken out of the 30 something times I've played, my Reiatsu is 15 and I'm VIP 0.

1. being a higher level than the people you can't beat won't make you stronger.
2. you can get prestige & vitality in beauty game.
3. reinforce your fucking eequipment and before you do that get better gear.
4. save up money
5. just cause someone has better patterns than you doesn't always mean they are unbeatable
6. infuse your gear

Kunpachi

Upgrade soul map to get 6th,7th or 8th skill to kill assauter first.
Refine vanguard set to get block rate,hp,str(wis).
Equip block,hp,counter,dodge stone for vanguard;
Save coupon for lv4 pack (get cp from daily task,ryoka attack,guild war, daily signin)
Upgrade Hogu
Fortify and Spirit forging accessory
Add friend to get extra silver jigokucho's friend (max 30)
Do yourseft and friend konso
-In arena, let weaker player defeate you and you defeate them again, catch slave to get extra exp
-Dont miss ryoka attack event
-In janken, dont change after each janken(use scissor or rock only) and try 10-20 times. No way you can lose all
