I forget what the event is called, but the one that is out now with urahara and yoruichi. If I have 10k points, which characters/zanoakutos should I get? And for the lucky spin, should I get bankai rukia, mugetsu, or white ichigo

dont use lucky draw to gain the partners, that is i believe a really bad way to gain partners in terms of how much you're spending

Buying a partner/zanpakuto from that 'event' (Ultra Hero) is pretty damn good and affordable.

Best ideals are all on the last page, Shini Urahara, Shini Yoruichi, Hyorinmaru and Sogyo.

Get Hyorin if you have a heavy vanguard based formation, people like Starrk, or a paid VG, ones that can really be good  with that Zanpakuto.

If not, just go for Sogyo, or skip it, it's good, not the best, but it's good for both PVP/PVE, any formation is fine with it
Edit: Shini Urahara is the best one in my eyes, just if you can T1 him, he's pretty deadly for any formation, even higher up in lvls

I'll be doing it in a brand new server. So would it be best to get uraharra hyron and Toshi?

yes do that. Toshiro vg is actually a really good vg mixed with hyorin is a beast
And shini urahara is a really strong support. U can use im until lvl 105 or even further imo

Alright. After that what should I spend my gold on? Also. One final question. I have to get a prepaid card to get this stuff. Should I get MasterCard or visa? Not sure which will be better with the games top up problems.

I can always buy later. Also, which is best? Visa or MasterCard? I wanna get the right one so I don't miss this event. Last time I got a prepaid card it waited 4 days to let it through.

don't use offgamers it sucks, use the gate2shop and mastercard and visa works the same trust me im a fat loader into this game.

I use Offgamers and they are perfectly fine. I likewise unloaded and have had no troubles with them at all. Any troubles you can just instant chat and sort it out .
