What is the purpose of the basic fury stone? Because I always see it on the level 4 stone box. I'm just wondering what's its function, thank you

Pretty much increases your overall fury. With enough fury stones, one can potentially start off with their special skill move at the beginning of the round. But that'll require the high level fury stones obtainable via synthesizing.

need like 128 basic fury stones to make 1 character start with 100 fury I'm pretty sure or its close to 128

Could you tell me how much +% furry i need to have skill from beginning? I got already + 66% is skil have growth rate +172% it should be used all around the time.... but its not... normal usage. +66% do change a thing. Why ?

You need +100% fury to start with skill from the beginning.
Skill growth rate has nothing to do with fury point.

It also does not raise you BP at all. For those wondering.
