Best top up event to get gear?

does anyone know the cheapest event there is to get ultimate gear? the ones that glow and all that good stuff?

personally reio
you get 2 sets of lv 100 gear for 34 tokens a set
and if you go all the way to the partner tokens you can pick up some nice partners as you do so/ get lv 7 hogus and stones from it.
so in reio it would be 60 gold per outo win up to the 3rd slot for gear tokens so 180 gold X 34 for 1 set of lv 100 gear = 6120 gold or the lv 80 gear is about 20 tokens i think? so 180 X 20 = 3600 gold X2 if you want 2 sets

if you go up to the partners you can pick up the bikinis partners for 14 tokens each so outo wining up to there is 220 gold X 14 = 3080 gold

if you were to get 64 tokens total you can always pick up shinso gin or kenpachi unohana for 60 tokens towards the end or buy a few set of partners etc..

Normally a goldwheel + 20% rebate occurs with reio and 2nd day of reio gives you 9 fury stones total
so its a good deal for all the stuff you get
if you want gear but your not lv 100 id recomend picking up the 100 sets anyways since they are great and you get a damage rate boost too

Depends on your level, I seen a cheap 110 level set in the last set of events we had for 4.5k gold.  Then there is the slot machines for a level 100 set, if you get one piece per slot machine event then it would be the cheapest way to get a set.  They way I did it was I topped up 4k gold during the ultimate hero event, so I got shinigami yoruichi and I got to keep the 5k gold that I am now going to spend in reio.

yea im lvl 100 so i have to use auto win i thought you could just buy the tokens after a certain amount of days? the gear comes before that then i assume?

a full set of slot depend on your luck on geting a kon head to appear so it varies from little to a lot of gold.

as for the reio you can only buy tokens on the last 2 days of the event
although for every 300 gold you top up you get 3 bonus chances for 8 a day total hence you top up daily especially since it occurs with gold wheel and rebate

just remember, cheapest way and best way aren't the same thing...   cheapest is to sit on a pile of gold and have cash on your visa at all times and wait for that golden chance when one shows up amazingly cheap... (see level 110 set for 4500 gold)  But sometimes the best way is to spend several thousand more gold and end up with say...  a full set of ultimate accessories, a few level 8+ hogus, a few level 7+ stones, a senbon/zangetsu, and isshin/shinzo   yes it's gonna be more expensive, but at the same time, if your lucky, it may only raise the price from 10000 gold to 16000 gold.   and lets face it,  if your spending 10000 gold for two nice sets of armor or in reio,  spending another 6000 gold for a senbon and isshin is a no brainer...  crap...  i may need to start saving money,  i think i just convinced myself on this one...

FYI  there is a set of level 80 thunder gear (Rampelego,  equivilant to about level 100 spirit infused normal stuff) you can get now for $25 and some leg work in joint task today...   debating if i should get it for Dark Rukia...   but it's a steal at $25
