Toppign up error?

anybody else getting error with either offgamers or gate2shop when attempting to top up gold? i keep getting error payment failed, however i tried using my card for something else online and it worked. did anyone manage to fix this or not really?

Gate2shop most likely blocked you. They did that to me

you probably weren't blocked just contact the customer support in the live chat see if that person can help you if not they will give you a link to submit a ticket. Submit the ticket and they will help you out. I had the same problem but they resolved it for me.

They told me to bug off for some reason. Im a high security risk for them lol
