How do you get the Title Ult twin team

Hi, i have no idea how to get this Title, i have tried many different ways with 3 ppl, 2ppl and solo. If someone here knows how to get this PLZ hlp Thanks

so its a title thats just bugged, i have tried solo, with 2 with just MC's, MC and van, MC and Assaulter, im lvl 138, just glad its not just me then
