Good SWP partners for VIP 4 and under?

So I'm going to upgrade my Shin Grimmjow once I'm lvl 100. I have Shin Ulquiora, 75 Nel token, and a few Kenpachi and Aizen tokens. The problem it that I'm vip 4 and I don't have a debit/credit card so my I used to pay via Payment Wall. Sadly it was tooken down and I've never topped up since. So what SWP partners are good for vip 4? Btw, I'm lvl 96
