Is Shini Kensei supposed to give so many extra rounds in ES and Ryoka?

Seriously wondering how it is that the weaker people on my server are managing to auto kill ryoka and do 4x my damage in ES when they were so far below me before they got him. They say it's because his skill works in the events giving them more turns. Supposed to happen?

I heard yesterday that just buffed up ES,  fights still lasting 20 rounds...

They didnt fix it. Same 2 people still killing them like that and doing the same crazy damage they have been since they got him.

When someones attack amounts to a little over 175k for their formation after reaitsu bonus, they shouldnt be able to insta kill a full health ryoka after wave 10 still. or do more than 5% per turn on ES :l
