Red fragment drop

Why such a low chance drop red fragment Hogyouku?
At CN server 200 attempts drops on 2-4 fragments every days!And we have a moment of renewal, I personally do not 1 has not dropped!


Please Brah, check this information with the developers "to decrease the chance drop"

They don't drop at all you can only buy them.
Not sure if bugged or intended, already contacted support when this feature was implemented, no reply and cba to try again.

that is so stupid i got 0 of those. And the ultimate hogyoku is too i have only 1 ultimate :cAnd u need like 400 frags o.o
