how to evo

im newbie in the game, im actually playing the server 2232 since two weeks more or less, so im lvl 61, but i dont know how to evo the characters, can you explain this method to me?

1= click on evo tab
2= check what you need by clicking on the stuff
3= go to guild and click on personal instance
4= do personal instance
5= you will get items then go to the partner and see if he needs that item, if he does the '+' sign will turn green, just complete all pieces and you can move on to the next level
and the more you advane the harder it gets
for example blue evo pcs require 5 frags to make a full piece and every partner needs different kind of evo materials
