What partners should be in game

Hey, I'm gonna make this post cuz I'm boring.

What chars u think should be in game? And what u think they should do, and where to get them?
I just remember the 12th division cap and Hisagi, but um lazy to write a skill for them
and where to get so I leave it for u guys, show me ur creativity

Hisagi skill:
Attack whole team dealling 120% dmg and make them bleed for 25% of Hisagi's dmg and get 25 fury
Talent: Increase strength by a certain percentage , increase dmg by 5
tavern 120
btw its an assaulter

there actually a thread just like this one and gogames said they will pick the most reasonable partner and try to put him in game and there was tons of ideas but gogames trolled everyone and never bothered u can look for in in the "Hot" thread section i think so.. u got what i mean
