Best PVE team lv 50

Hey , i want to make a good pve team for my new us server acc
i already have 2 ( pvp ) teams in eu and us 1 each 35-40th and lvl 60
one assulter killer and other vanguard killer.
so i want o make a new one for pve only , am 45 in the new one and i have Sado and Orihime , what is the order of the parteners that are must to recruit
btw pls say the order plus the best formation for that team ( example ; 1 ,2 2 or 1 . 3 . 1 < etc )
