Ikkaku's 2nd Bond

Seen this post on the regular forum but it is a bug.

The requirements are according to the game tooltip:

Only Ikkaku Madarame and Main character join the battle,
win Battle Bond Training Stage 2, and remaining HP is no less than 70% after the battle.



So as the battle log would state & following the bond requirements in the game, this should have worked.
Yet it still has not completed.
Tried multiple things, non of which work.

Managed to get the First Bond & Third Bond without problems, even though I wasnt after those yet.

Can any MOD give some insight?

Could really use some insight on this from any Dev / Mod or heck even a player.
Has someone finished this Bond for Ikkaku with "Harribel" I mean its Combo rating peeps!

I've done everything , but no bond

Can anyone help us with this?
