i think you guys really need staff to be checking up on the PGM applications because i have been waiting patiently to hear something back from any kind of person to know some sort of my application.

who is goin to pay for their staff ?

as wat i know... they r damm understaff.... thts y the lack of response n the speed of comin back to u ... is uber slow...

sigh... best support ever i ve seen thruout all these years of gaming...

well i was told by their support...

lol 2 ppl in the dept... n u dun even see them around...

they should hav like at least 5 ppl ... wit so many servers up...

ppl need support... n not like tickets or bugged sent... n 1 month still no reply...

maybe 1 of them hav quit the job... wakakakakakaka

i guess they must be pretty pist themself too ...

fyi server is in US... support office is in Asia...

wow... might be some outsourcing thingy goin on... or i heard from someone its cheap outsourcing...
