I made sure that both entered the battle and that both had less than 25% hp. I also made sure each of them entered the battle and had less than 25% hp seperately just in case. How to?

thoses thing are confusing lol, it might just 25% in all or one in each, try all the combo lol

demon ichi has to have less than 25% hp with your main equipped and no zanpaktou
