It's Event Shinji.
1: Pretty sure his growth rate is bugged. He is gaining more AGI per level then SSS characters with much higher AGI Base/Growth.
2: He has Agility Talent and a Agility Mod. He literally has the highest natural +% Agility.
3: He has a Speed mod and a Speed Bond.
Not sure what good that will do with his 130% skill. I found it rather interesting information though.
neat that agi+speed mod, never noticed that. he is a bya minus agi mod from the looks of it.
his skill is a weird combo. the latter part ie immunity from stun should happen before others make a move and the former part ie dispose debuffs should happen after everyone makes a move. unless that dispose is an immune from debuff kinda thing. not sure
