The 8th skill says "increase own combo rate", but what does it actually do?

So all it does is add 1 round to the number of rounds at the top huh?

no... you get an extra round where you can hit one more time....

So after the round where your character used the skill ends, all your characters can attack again before any of the opponents characters attack?

To better explain what Extra Round does is after Main attacks after rage round whoever is above (unless main is on the top row then the person on the bottom row gets the extra round) will get a free attack.
