better focus on momo since she can stun asaulters when she skills; rukia is for vip players mostly.

pvp you should stick with momo... as speed + control= dominating most people in arena
pve you should stick with rukia... as fury + power = one shotting ryoka and killing Evil Spirits
I personally never use a healer,  just enchant my weapons with revive...
then again, I am in no way an authority on the subject
