no? u can top up 12k and spend the 12k gold for additional 12k gold points if you obtain the double point items he is definitely better t oget from this event.
i personally perfer turntable for the crap loads of xtrals and souls... but that assuming if the dbl point item is even useful to whoever gettin it... however the current event is better to recharge.. but u never no what turntable may have too.. consider last event had ulti recharge event as well so it was bonus with money maker event too....
otherwise its still 24000 gold recharge... of course u can recharge 12k, use all 12k on non dbl item.. u still be short 6k point, otherwise it 12k like buraki said
just top up 2 k gold every day till hallowen event end. you will receive about 4.5k gold every day from rebate and hallowen. so if you topup 8 k total in 4 days you will receive 19 k gold. save it for anniversary or turntable event and get kensei or prety good stones
