Golden Enchant Stone question

So.....for the golden enchant stones, if you enchant a weapon and put it on a partner (or main) with an attack all skill, does it have a chance to apply the effect?  Like for example if I put the Stun or Silence enchant on a weapon and hand it to Starrk, does his ability now have a small chance at silencing/stunning any opponents hit by his attack all, in addition to his normal attacks?  Same scenario applied to main with 10th skill.

Also, does anyone know how rare some of the enchants are?  Like for grey/green enchant stones the Pyshic enchants are ultraaaa rare.

yes you will have the chance to stun or silence ive tried it its very low but it does work
works better if you give them to a partner that already stuns or silences with a chance like kensei
or give the stun to shinso

works on main
tried it on kenny uno and a stun had landed
works on any partner
but the effect is better on a partner that already does it with a chance of landing it

i think it works with partners who hits a single target . hence it worked on uno.kenny. what skill did ur main use for it to work on him.?
i wonder if the chance works for AoE partners

10th skill was on 2 enemies got stunned once and never ever got it again lol

oh thats interesting. well anyways fk that luck as long as there aint stuff to increase the chance for any partners.
