can stats such as crit rate not go above 90% at all except from mods and evol?

Yes and only stuff like bond, evo and mods can surpass 90%
Titles won't go past 90% either.

the cap is 90%. it goes beyond only via bond/evo/mod.. there is no cap to how much evo/mod/bond can go till so yeah
i couldnt get bya/mug's break above 90%, only via evo did it go up

it could be that u r getting 17-18% break from evo. which partner is that break for? can u check if u r getting the 17-18% extra from evo or bond if so

its from csb aizen, 10% from mod and 7.7% from evo.. so yeah you were right

i think aid and immunity could also have 90% cap, just that no one has ever reached 90% for them
