Anyone else notice his skill? His mutilate targets a random enemy, it is not VG specific.

That actually makes him more interesting to me. It basically says:

Deal 120% to all. Kill one random enemy instantly. Reduce all enemies fury by 10. Recover health with 15% growth rate.

Problems with him:

Debuffs are selected before damage from his skill, so if he kills the enemy selected for Mutilate, it is basically wasted.
Slow.
Fury reduction is nice, but since he is slow you basically have to run Kirio with him, which makes his skill do more damage increasing the chances of wasted debuff.

Ways he can be good:

You can stack Wisdom on someone else. The good parts of his skill have no bearing on wisdom ( Mutilate and fury reduction ).
You can intentionally keep him slow with Kirio, allowing some of your other partners to clear out the "Trash" partners that would otherwise die/take up a Mutilate, increasing the chances of Mutilate instantly killing something you care about dramatically.
Tier 6 Mod is the best mod in the entire game. It stacks with other specific auras ( Shinso Gin's 10% speed to Kido users, for example ).

So basically he counters stucked partners if he survives that long?;o I mean if there is only one enemy partner left, would the skill work 100%?

bankai rukias skill, but instead of 30% dmg to itself, it does 80%

about the thread, dunno, i dont find him a threat at all right now just because kirio is so much faster.. u will need his final mod to make him a threat.. enjoy spending 500k gold for that XD

Well, as I mentioned, you run Kirio with him. :-P

I mentioned before, I don't think you run Tenjiro + Nimaiya, and its going to be hard to justify running Nimaiya when the entire world has Tenjiro now. lol

yes but your enemy can use her aswell, just because your team is invincible doesnt mean her invincibility wont go off, it wil lstill make ur team invincible= nimaiya is useless until final mod, or you rek people who doesnt have kirio

seems kind of weak for $500 USD...  especially compared to the others we have seen lately...   best I can think of...

shinzo to T1 all,  B rukia next, nim, then mug for combo, then main to mop up the mess...
then again with that much $$$ I could make a much better team...
Shinzo to T1 all, Hiki, Mugetsu, Shini Kensei, Main...  and either of these parties would run nice with even Kazeshini!

I dont think, that he is so great, coz of his speed. I will wait for a good assaulter in the 12 to 20k range to replace isshin. There are enough good supporter without him.

What? I assume you don't have Kirio and don't know what her skill does.

Just for clarity, you know Kirio reduces fury right? Your opponents Kirio isn't going to get to use a skill.

He is free with a 500$ top up.

In the best scenario, he is a better Bankai Rukia ( 80% Mutilate on VG, vs 30% ).
In the worst scenario, he is a slightly better CSB Aizen ( Guaranteed fury reduction, faster, better damage, Mutilate debuff, heal, but has less health and no stun chance ).
