Hi, I still haven't received a response from support. Can someone please help me?

And what is you problem?
It is weekend so no chance for response.
I have problem to, they responnse of some of my mesage, but not all
I top up 200euro but it was some error, they find it and send me mesage i need to wait 7 to 15 days for send my money back.
In this moment is something like 25 days and i dont have money back, so if you problem is not that big i think you dont have chance for any answer...
