S10 whole server never receive Guild War Reward

As the title said, we never receive any guild war rewards.

Just so we are clear we are on server 10 and a lot of people joined guild war but didn't receive there reward because they forced out of gw.

I didn't join guild war but I did see people complaining in chat about this and yes everyone was forced to log out.
I am a witness to this as well I guess.

i'm Cool_Flex, character name Yazawa Yuichi from EU S27
til today's reset, i can't load anymore world map, neither seireitei soul palace, i tried firefox, chrome and then explorer and there's still the same problem,
also i did not receive reward from crystal event where i ended 2nd, neither in mailbox nor in backpack,
could u try to fix it, as it's not due to my computer as any other game, internet pages are loading correctly,
i really feel like i wasted all the money i spent in your game, which is quite a lot......
as it seems to be impossible to post a thread (another bug) i have to reply on different one
