Attention, GoGames Staff!

Hello everyone! And special Hello to GoGames Staff!

Lately, there was pretty much different troubles with our Bleach version and total lack of information and time frames from GoGames. And it's no good.
We, customers, pay for the service You provide, and we want some feedback when something goes wrong with it.
Here is short list of "wrong things" over the last couple of weeks:

1. Bugs with Agent of Shinigami (2nd Conquest map):
  a: Wins counts as loses every 2-3 days
  b: Strange drop rate
2. Halloween Maintance - those who Topped Up right after Reio started, got their Event Points resetted.
3. Not all Shinigami Agent Welfare functions are working properly
4. Unexpected maintance to fix Battle bug - I personally lost 5 minutes of Ryoka, whole Protect, all 13 Battle chances and CSB challange chances because of it.
5. Bugged Tenjiro Kirinji Evolution - there was no way to check evo before buying it and everyone got cat in the bag from You!
6. Some rewards from Shinigami Agent Welfare are broken: red reishi, golden reishi, hollow spirits.

I suppose, You, GoGames Staff, should provide Us, customers, at least one of these:

1. Some information about things that are broken in your service and some time frames of fixes.

2. Compensation for unexpected maintance and fact that you regularly add broken content.

So everyone, show your opinion on this topic! We must change GoGames attitude towards us!

P.S.: Sorry for my bad English, it's not my native and I have no regular practice in it (except for chatting in mmos).

yeah, they need to start giving more fucks but as i once said before
when it comes to gogames  it's baby steps
fix bugs and them start caring about the players
baby steps, a dead baby's steps so it might take a while
