Question About Characters

There are several characters that you can fight but aren't real partners in the game. They even have their own attacks, skills and models so why can't they be real characters? Here are some examples: (I know there are a lot more but I picked these)

maybe because it's too late to add them cuz they r pretty weak, or probably they will add them later in lv30~lv50~lv70 tavern or some other stuff like guild tournament or something like that...

I know but it would be cool to have them. I would like to see the other Vizards though (Rose, Love, Hachi) They probably could make them in like a different partner recruitment thing. Like you have to do certain things and get certain things to unlock the partner?

For sure.
There's always room for more CSB characters or another system like SWP. It's just a matter of time really
