I am lvl 84, vip4. My team now is komamura, main(quincy), ikkaku, urahara and yoruichi. For evnts I have rukia and grimjaw. So for who I better save?(I am not going to top up any more, so no aizen or kenpachi) and is grimjaw good to upgrade?

If you didnt know ulquiora upgraded and none upgraded can dish out more damage than ikkaku pve/pvp wise its been tested by many in my server.
grimjow is great as well upgraded version that is with his fury mod he can be T1 easy with couple fury stones or using urahara or rukia to t1 him right away

bro ulqiuorria is a beast with critical hit's and grimmjow is a beast in pve i voted for grimmjow

Grimm really isn't that great.  Having to get him a special weapon that no one else can use is a royal pain.  I had him and really regret wasting my time on him.  

I have Nel upgraded now and she's proven very handy even though I have Isshin and Sexy and Cute.  Nel has won me a few fights that I couldn't possibly have won any other way.  
But since you can upgrade Ulq, you prob should go with him for pure huge damage potential.  

Though it may still be wiser to just save for Aizen and don't upgrade him.  He is as huge a  beast as it gets, even without upgrade.  He can make a weak team dominate a much stronger team.

Yeah, I did some calculations on upgraded grim a long time ago. The dmg is close to Ikkaku's with one fury giver. But unlike Ikkaku he can't do more with a triple crit of fury and use skill every turn.
Meaning if you set it up so ikkaku have a good chance to skill every turn grim falls far behind.

I'm currently using res ulq + two fury givers so he skills every turn and dots. Both ikkaku and grims dmg fade in comparison, not to mention ulq is actually amazing in pvp aswell.
