can't decide

Kirinji or Shini Kieske
Zanpacto is Hyorin, switching to muramasa in a few more weeks probably
Rest of party is Soph Rangiku, Isshin, and Shinso Gin
Was using Shini Kieske and loving it till Kirinji came out. and that speed and BP, mixed with the fact that he's a SSS red partner that is super easy to mod hooked me in.  However, since the swap I missed not having to worry about my opponents back row, coupled with the fact that kirinjis "control" is quite unreliable as he often times kills one or both of the ones he confuses, mixed with the fact it only lasts one round, I'm starting to want my shini kieske back.  
I am going crazy trying to decide this.  Any thoughts, ideas, or things I haven't thought of would be welcomed!!

Well I think overall if you look partners separately Kisuke is more reliable, but if you count in Shinso Gin, Kirinji brings a lot of natural boost for already strong sGin's kit. He gets a lot more speed, but Kirinji can also make or break the game, for example chaosing vanguard, but being able to nuke one enemy partner, and can deal a lot of damage to enemy vg by just existing. I think at this point its up to do you want to have control of the game (kisuke) or do you want to risk for it the biscuit and go for Kirinji. I'm risking with Kirinji and his speed boost helps immensly other supports, so I'd say Kirinji, but you have sUrahara so you just have room for choice.

And with fast Kirinji you can one of the fastest partners in game and save your team where as with Urahara you'd have to settle with mid to high tier speed.

but also, I fully understand i'll never be a top contender.  I'll probably stop at VIP8 (only $65 from it now) unless something changes.   So at a point, I have to fully evo who I got and work on them, ya know?  I just don't feel that kirinji fits in my team.   gonna swap back unless I get a good argument here to the contrary, lol

Well Kirinji is only gold support I have so I have to settle with him, I also had once hired s.gin for a few days so collecting fragments if or when i buy him. Because he is my favorite support and fills the roles of tavern urahara, 110 aizen and 100 gin.

If you can make Kirinji strong enough to put a serious dent in the opposition first round, I would stick with him. If you can't, Shini Kisuke might be better. I would switch out based on the situation.

At least while I'm still running Hyorin, my vanguard is my star.  after that, Shinso and Kirinji are treated equal.  granted, Kirinji does have 300k BP, but that's mainly because of that insane speed

Yeah but he can skill every turn opposed to every 3rd of t.gin and t.aizen, so those 2 possibly being able to stunn every 3rd row 1-3 targets and decrease fury to up to 5 targets and increasing fury, i'd say he does replace, but no partner is perfect.
