Gold character

Can someone tell me the cheapest and best character for gold? If possible like 2k/4..thx

top up $50 during Ultra Hero, you can get one for free.
Vang Toshi (only really good if you get Hyorinmaru also IMO, but if you do get both, he's great)
Dark Rukia (very solid in the price range) she gains fury for middle row, and gives damage bonus to them too
Shinji Hirako (good for PVP, will stay viable till second form of HMA Ulquorria, or CSB Byaukua, also gets boost from Kazeshini)
Zabimaru Renji (In this price range, he's a beast in PVE with his 300% damage rate + 25 fury regen to self)

depending on your party, I'd go for either Zabimaru Renji or Dark Rukia

the next tier up is the bikini girls, who you can buy outright, or pay slightly more and rent to own in one of the events.
Sophisticated Rangiku: IMO is Starrk 2.0,  slightly slanted more defensive than him, She is my vang and I have 0 complaints at all about her
Sexy Yourichi: is upgraded Zabimaru renji with her 300% (roughly) damage rate, regains fury to all, insane combo rate, fast.  great for pve, good for pvp
Smart Nanao:  She can be awesome...  If you put her in the right set up.  she is very specialized and if you don't play her right, she's really not very good
Cute Orihime: she is an upgraded Dark Rukia. hits back row decently hard, regens fury to your middle row, she's fast, good status effects

but asking for the "best character" is kind of silly.  It depends on what your looking for, who you have, how much time and money your looking to put into the game.  Lots of stuff...  Try this...  What is your level, party, VIP, BP, Zanpacto?  do you prefer offensive play or defensive?  do you focus on pvp or pve?  who are you looking to replace?  have you already topped up for the gold, or is that also on the table?  because if you time it right, you could reasonably get a partner for the top up,  then spend the gold on a later set of events and end up with 2 partners from the same top up.  tactics bro.  spend your money wisely.  The best I've gotten is 5 rewards on the same gold.  got partner from Ultra Hero for top up, then got to hit the pyramid from top up, then got to spin the gold wheel, then the next set of events I got to spend it on 110 ultimate equipment set, and spending the gold let me draw some stuff on another event (forgot the last one)  my point is if your going to spend, you should spend wisely!!  personally I top up slowly, during gold wheel I like to do $25 a day as often as I can for it, ultra hero, I got most everyone from that thing, lol,  top up slowly to milk events, saving your gold,  spend it during events that pay back well for spending!!  don't like the events going on now?  just wait a few days, they change often!!

I have vip4, I'm currently on 1.5k gold and my team is tenjiro shin zabimaru orihime and sado.. I'm level 63. I can top up 100 euros after christmas..I don't know how much that gives.. but with that top up and the gold I have.. can I make those 100 euros in like 12k gold? After these 100 euros I won't be topping up more so I'll stay vip5.. I won't change tenjiro, and the person in top1 has shini yoruichi, what team to counter that/ with tenjiro included.. can I make with the gold and beeing vip5?

Isshin is a monster and you should be able to get him in the 8 to 12k gold range, Shini Kensei is stronger and only slightly more expensive, also they are both a great counter to her.  from the tavern, momo and harribel will DESTROY her if they are faster

I know 100 euros will get me those two.. but is ultra hero top up or spending for the points? And if I do it.. will I be able to get 12k gold? I wanted hikifune since I see people using her in end game, and the speed would be amazing.. but basically I wanted to have atleast 12k to have a wider range for event characters..and possible for end game too..and It's probably unlikely to have ultra hero plus christmas event..

In ultra hero, you top 2k gold, you get either toshiro, zabimaru renji, dark rukia or shinji hirako.  2.8 gold you get a zampaktou, sogyo or hyorinmaru.  Top 4k gold and you get shinigami yoroichi or shinigami uruhara.  

To me, those are the best 2 partners to get from there.  

You basically top up there and it doesn't consume your gold.  Say you top 2k gold to get toshiro, you get toshiro and you get to keep your 2k gold, so you will still have your gold for hikifune.

100 euros is 4k gold, I won't even make it to 12k if I do it with ultra hero.. there needs to be reio and rebate.. is it possible for these 3 to be together? did it happen already? And what is the max rebate event u can get?

Yes.  I believe I've seen reio and ultra hero together once.  And rebate was like 25% or 30% can't remember but it happened once.  

Though chances of that happening again are slim, but it may happen.  

As for max rebate, I've seen it go up to 50%.  I think it happened at halloween event.

Is it possible to get 12k gold with only 4k gold? (I have 1.5k gold atm) And if yes, Should I waste for 12k partner instead of yoruichi or the other? Because I was searching the forums and apparently she isn't end game..

dont bother with ultra hero 2k partners, they last to about lv100 only
