I'm currently working on my vanguard's dodge skill, I just wanted to know what is high, low and good. Its currently only on 11% dodge, and my vanguard is Sado.

u can't get sado to dodge sado is ablocker so if you want dodger get yachiro she has 18 %dodge with your 11 thats 29 .
but i recommend you not to get her and focus on block because dodge can be beaten by increasing hit rate (u can get hit rate through stones and refine) but with block u can get break defence through stones only plus yachiru skill add 20% dodge sado skill add 35% which makes  block better than dodge.

If you block, the damage recieved is reduced and the blocking character counter attacks

Yea the naming is a bit tricky. Essentially, block its regarded as the more useful of the 2 stats (block or dodge). Counter reduces the chance of receiving a critical hit, something you will need later in the game.

I've been playing for a week on a new server so pardon my ignorance.

1. For starters, I see lvl 4 hit stone give 6% hit and lvl 4 dodge stone give 4% dodge. For stats, hit starts at 100% and dodge starts at 0%. A- Is there a formula to this? Or B- does a 106% hit rate negate a 6% dodge and so on?

2. If question 1 answer is B, then there isn't a need to refine for hit rate on equipment for pvp is there? Since hit stones would trump equal level dodge stones and a player wouldn't even have to put hit in all of their equip to counter someone's dodge stones.

3. Do people really put hit rate on their equip? besides cash shop equip and the initial dreadnaught set they give u as lvl up reward, all the armor I've seen only have 2 stats on them. Would players really sacrifice their assaulter's stats of str/agi for str/hit?

4. The same bonus structure applies to break defense and block, where a lvl 4 bd gives 6%, and lvl 4 block gives 4%. However when checking stats they both start from 0%, does that work such as 40% break defense vs 50% block, will have the vanguard blocking 10% of the time?
