How do i get more than 3 people in a formation? Thanks for the future help

easy but be patient

1. battle as much as possible in arena and collect your reward you'll gain prestige which ca make you lvl up your rank among captains and lieutanents,

depending on your question I guess you're less the 12th division lieutenent , this latter will unlock a 4th member

Then when you become a 10th division captain you unlock a 5th

It is the maximum active members you'll ever have: 5
