well you need quite the high hit rate, around the 200% odd (230/250) and ALOT of strength, you may not even need a healer depending on your partners (I can't remember your partner, my bad ), just alotta strength to hit them (most of them are Kido, so someone like B.Renji will do the trick here)
Or you can go the natural route and get everyone defensively strong alongside a healer, to then have a sustained battle (I feel like this way would be the longest route to achieve) and win from damage over time, not much for me to help you with here other than different ways of approaching it ^^

I have over 200% hit rate on most.....tried using Noza for the 1v1....(well thats how i beat the first minion)...didn't work this time....i stacked as much speed on sexy as i possibly could...she still couldn't go first xD like wth -_-
You dont need to go first, just put best eq on someone with high % skill like noza(with hyorin/tensa/senbon/tengen) or shura ken and have somewhere around 300k attack power + T1 on them, with that you just oneshot them if you crit, you can easily survive 1 hit. I also recommend around 250% hit to be save, you will need over 280% for aizen anyway. If you can win 1v1 then 5v5 is easy with t1 on every partner. You just need some stunners like tavern gin and aizen, add vanguard stun skill for your main if needed and with majority of enemy team stunned it is easy to win. You dont even need unohana.
